Write to Heal
What is it about writing our stories that can help us heal wounds? Both in ourselves and in our relationships? By delving into the research and practices of Louise Desalvo, James W. Pennebaker, and others, you will learn how to write to promote healing and wellbeing in your writing practice and your life. Join us on Wednesday, September 29th at 7PM CST for a Babes only workshop about trauma, science, and healthy writing practices.
