HerStry is seeking workshop pitches for the Fall 2026 and winter 2027. Interested applicants should fill out this form. (Please note, we are not currently seeking poetry workshops).

Volunteer Reader

HerStry is seeking volunteer readers for our 2026 publication season. Readers are responsible for reading an average of 30 stories per month (sometimes more if the monthly theme is popular) and rating the work based on HerStry's mission to amplify women and nonbinary voices, plus their own personal taste. HerStry is seeking volunteer readers in order to diversify our website. We're looking for readers who have a strong sense of self and a passion for uplifting underrepresented voices in literature.
