About Sam:
Sam Campbell is a writer, editor, and educator with over a decade of experience in literary and trade publishing. She’s the founding editor of Black Moon Magazine and the former Managing Editor of The Arkansas International, where she led a team of thirty editors and published writers including Aimee Bender, K. Ming Chang, and Silas House. Sam has also worked with Orison Books and the University of Arkansas Press, and she holds an MFA in Fiction and a PhD in Comparative Literature. She is passionate about demystifying the publishing process and helping writers find the best home for their work.
