Your State of Mind

My drapes may speak to you and you may judge me upon your field of vision.

My build of human body may bewilder you, but only from a distance or a glance.

My unit of language may strike you because you assumed I spoke with an accent.

The matter with me? I am human. A hue man. There is no black and white; nothing pure in sight.

The Purity myth; just how pure are we and these thoughts that we consume?

The ability to sense and the way we've polluted it.

Fake it until you make it or be honest if you please.

Just be sure you know that it could be you on the other end displeased.

My 9 to 5 doesn't excite thee.  Well that's okay because it doesn't amaze me either.

A single parent, have I been given one's due? or do I deserve better? I assure you that it's the latter.

Then how pure am I you may ask yourself? My eyes are deceiving, my mind split asunder, havoc in the Earth has caused me to slander. The matter with me? I am human. A hue man. There is no black and white; nothing pure in sight.

Even in my dreams do I wake shattered.

Purity...is it a myth or can it be distributed? Even in small amounts if dusted on the soul it will flow and be plentiful as long as you choose to see and believe.
